Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a materials and logistics professional in Haryana to manage daily physical receipts, issues, and stock transfers. The role involves SAP MM-based processing, perpetual inventory checks, and coordinating preservation, scrap sales, and audit activities.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in a Materials Department, strong organizational skills, and the ability to support project takeovers with efficient logistics and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Daily physical receipts, stacking, issues, returns and inspection of materials.
• Expedite IR/GRN/MIN/MRN processing for receipts/issues/stock transfers in SAP MM.
• Proven track record of working in the Materials Department.
• Perpetual inventory verification and physical inspection of materials.
• Handle preservation processes including OGP and NRGP.
• Materials issue for routine and project activities.
• Provide logistics and administrative support for timely project takeovers.
• Organize logistics resources (trailers, cranes, manpower, lifting tools).
• Manage scrap sales activities and scrap-yard administration.
• Coordinate material issue, binning, storage, preservation, transfer and reconciliation.
• Participate in internal and third-party audits of material handling and safety.

• Daily Physical Receipts, Stacking, Issues, Returns & Inspection of materials
• Expediting for system preparation of IR/GRN/MIN/MRN for physical receipts/issues/returns/stock transfers, in SAP (MM Module).
• Proven track record of working in Materials Department
• Perpetual Inventory Verification, physical Inspection of Material.
• Handling preservation process.OGP& NRGP process.
• Materials issue for routine and project activities.
• Provide effective logistics and administrative support for the timely and successful project takeover
• Organize logistics and material handling resources, such as trailers, cranes, manpower, lifting tools/ tackles.
• Manage Scrap sales related activities like management of Scrap Yard and all the Receipt, Issue and dispatch activity organizing with assistances of supervisors and Labors team.
• Coordinate for material issue, binning, storage, preservation, transfer, issue & reconciliation of material.
• Involved Internal and third party audits towards material handling and legal safety, process improvement audits.
