Job summary

Vashi Integrated Solutions is seeking a dynamic Purchase Engineer/Executive with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in industrial procurement to join our team in Maharashtra.

You will manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay cycles, issue RFQs, release POs in SAP MM, coordinate with vendors, maintain data in Excel, and drive cost-saving negotiations while ensuring policy compliance and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in industrial procurement.
• Proficient in SAP MM and P2P processes.
• B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end execution of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle.
• Floating RFQs and obtaining competitive quotations from vendors.
• Creating and releasing Purchase Orders through SAP MM.
• Coordination and follow-up with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintaining procurement data and records in Excel.
• Developing new vendors and strengthening supplier base.
• Price analysis and negotiation with suppliers.
• Ensuring compliance with company procurement policies.
