Job summary

Crisil is looking for a Recruitment Scheduler (International) to coordinate interviews across multiple countries and time zones from our Mumbai location. This role requires working UK hours (2pm to 11pm) and is on a 6-month contract with immediate joining.

Experience up to 2 years and a general graduate education are acceptable. Responsibilities include scheduling, inviting and confirming interviews, coordinating calendars, and maintaining ATS records while ensuring confidentiality and smooth

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews for candidates across international locations and time zones.

• Manage calendar bookings using Outlook, Teams, and other scheduling tools.
• Reschedule interviews when required and handle cancellations professionally.
• Track interview schedules and maintain accurate records in the ATS.
• Ensure candidates receive interview details and links.
• Support recruitment operations and hiring projects.
• Generate scheduling and recruitment reports as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and recruitment information.
