• Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Manage warehouse staff schedules, training, and performance to optimize productivity and maintain a motivated workforce.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movement and generate operational reports.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to minimize damage and loss.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing warehouse processes and recommending enhancements.
• Assist in budget preparation and cost control measures related to warehouse operations.
