3, KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Individual Sensory score 100%. Maintain the Brix, Volume & Physio Chemical Parameter as per PepsiCo Guideline. Do the CIP as per Schedule.
- Ingredient Water Quality Score 100%. Monitor Water Quality Testing Schedule as per PepsiCo Guideline Maintain the Water Quality Specifications per PepsiCo Guideline
- Corrected Caffeine score 100%. Maintain the Quality System in the Shift. Maintain & review the Documents on Daily basis as per PepsiCo
- Syrup Availability as per Plan 100%. Prepare the Syrup as per schedule within time Frame. Follow the Syrup Testing Schedule & maintained the Specification as per norms.
- Sugar Delta 0.2%. Monitor & Maintain the Sugar Delta as per Target in each Batch
- No any Unsatisfactory & Minimum Mandate Failure in AIB Audit. Maintain the Sanitary & Hygienic condition of the Processing area to achieve the Micro Results.
- QAS audit Score 98 Maintain the Process as per AIB(Food Safety) & QAS requirements
- No any Major findings to be raised during FSMS & Other Audits. Maintain the Sanitary & Hygienic condition of the Processing area to achieve the Micro Results.

- Education Qualification (Highest) with Target Institute(s): M.Sc./ B.Tech-Food Tech
- Desired Certifications: M.Sc.(Chemist)
- Experience Range: 02-05 years
- Desirable experience: Good Knowledge & Experience required in Food Industry.

Responsibilities
- Maintain Brix, volume, and physicochemical parameters as per PepsiCo guidelines.
- Execute CIP operations according to the prescribed schedule.
- Monitor water quality and ensure compliance with PepsiCo specifications.
- Prepare syrup batches on time and verify all testing specifications.
- Control sugar delta within a 0.2% target for each batch.
- Maintain and review quality system documentation daily.
- Ensure sanitary and hygienic conditions to achieve AIB and QAS audit scores.
- Support FSMS and other internal audits with zero major findings.
- Perform sensory score assessments to achieve 100% compliance.
- Coordinate with quality department staff, operators, and external auditors.
Qualifications
- M.Sc. in Chemistry or B.Tech in Food Technology (or related) from a recognized institute.
- 2-5 years of experience in food industry quality control or process chemistry.
- Strong knowledge of PepsiCo quality guidelines and food safety standards (AIB, QAS).
- Proven ability to work in a team within a complex, inter-dependent organization.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with CIP procedures and water quality testing.
- Demonstrated creativity and imagination in process improvement.
- Proficiency in maintaining documentation and audit readiness.
