Job summary

Vashi Integrated Solutions in Noida is seeking a dynamic Purchase Engineer / Purchase Executive with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in industrial procurement and vendor management.

You will manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P), raise RFQs, create Purchase Orders through SAP MM, and coordinate with vendors and internal stores, planning and accounts.

The role requires a B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and strong negotiation, communication, and data-management skills.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of industrial procurement and vendor management experience.
• Experience with SAP MM and P2P processes.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end execution of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle.
• Floating RFQs and obtaining competitive quotes from vendors.
• Creating and releasing Purchase Orders through SAP MM.
• Coordinate and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain procurement data and records in Excel.
• Develop new vendors and strengthen supplier base.
• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Coordinate with stores, planning and accounts.
