Job summary

Genxhire Services in Bengaluru is seeking a sales-oriented professional to drive store-level GMV and revenue. The role involves leading store staff via a Sales Officer, maintaining customer indices, and meeting customers to boost conversions.

You will coordinate on-ground demand generation, dealer servicing, and ensure smooth order servicing as the SPOC. Focused on hygiene, operational excellence, and leveraging digital channels to maximize conversions, you will train and recruit the team in

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales through store staff and directly influence GMV and revenue at store level
• Store staff will report to Sales officer; Sales Officer responsible for productivity of each store staff
• Maintain customer level index and meet customers for conversion
• Drive on-ground demand generation activities and dealer servicing
• Maintain Dealer Health Card and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues
• Serve as single point of contact (SPOC) for order servicing and issues
• Execution of Hygiene areas and drive store operational excellence
• Focus on effective usage of digital journey leading to customer conversion
• Team training, grooming with central training team, and team recruitment

What You'll Do

• Driving Sales thru store staff
• Drive Store level GMV and Revenue
• Store staff will report to Sales officer directly. Sales Officer is responsible for

productivity of each store staff.

• Maintain customer level Index.
• Meeting customers for conversion
• Drive on ground Demand generation activities.
• Dealer servicing
• Maintain Dealer Health Card for all issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders

to resolve the same.

• Maintain dir accounts related to sales and material servicing follow ups withx

• Serving role of a Single Point contact for the store
• Coordination with all stakeholders as a SPOC for order servicing and issues if any -
