Godrej & Boyce (G&B) seeks a senior Civil EPC Project Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of EHV substation projects across India. You will guide a team of civil project managers at sites, ensuring timely delivery within budget while driving safety, quality, and process improvements.

Must have a Civil Engg degree or diploma with extensive experience in PIRE/EPC projects. Leadership, client management, and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engg.

Job Description:-

The incumbent will be responsible for complete execution of EHV Substation Projects from Civil domain PAN India. The incumbent should guide & lead a team of Project Managers (Civil) located at Project sites. Timely execution and completion of projects within budgeted time and cost. The incumbent must have the knowledge and experience of handling and timely completion of large-size EPC projects

1.Key Financial Deliverables

Leading the execution in Civil Domain for EPC projects for a portfolio of >1000 cr business in EHV Substations upto 765 KV.

Act as a Guide & lead a team of Civil Managers located at Project sites PAN India

Timely execution and completion of projects within budgeted time & cost.

Project planning, execution and Site management for EHV Substations upto 765 KV PAN India - Drive project progress & ensure timely completion of all the ongoing projects both operationally & financially as per the planned timelines -

2. Project Management:

Working capital improvements below the budget by driving efficiency in all Projects

Drive operational cost effectively and achieve the project operation cost below the plan

Building strong relationships with key suppliers, external consultants, Subcontractors - Coordination with Clients in getting all approvals in time

3. Safety & Quality:

Drive Safety culture through proactive initiatives across all project sites & achieve Zero accidents /Incidents

Improve field quality through robust process & focused initiatives Benchmark Key Processes & initiate Improvement

4. Productivity & Process Improvement:

Implementation of TOC based Project Management processes and robust review system for monitoring the project progress.

Strengthen the entire billing mechanism through robust review process and strong SOPs

Training and development of the team

5. Organisational Imperatives:

Drive Kaizen initiatives at all levels & build culture across all sites - Drive PMO projects to improve Productivity for all the projects. Team Development: Fostering the growth and development of team members and subordinates. - Formulate plans and track metrics for key business processes under Enterprise Risk Management - Achieving Operational Excellence through CII Business Excellence. Understanding and ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements and internal processes.

Min 12 yrs for Degree holders with relevant experience in PIRE Projects

Min 14 yrs for Diploma holders with relevant experience in PIRE Projects
