Job summary

Decorpot in Maharashtra is seeking an Execution Lead to drive performance, productivity, and efficiency across interior project operations. The role focuses on directing operations, improving productivity, and ensuring project success through strategic oversight and hands-on site management.

You will coordinate project managers, read drawings, manage site execution, and collaborate with vendors and clients to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; B.E/B.Tech preferred.
• Good communication and collaboration skills are essential. Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred.
• Should be able to join Immediately.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Interior Project Management.
• Strong interpersonal skills along with a customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving and critical decision-making.
• Should have experience in handling minimum 4 team members.
• Must have experience in client facing responsibilities and Residential Interiors.

Responsibilities
