Job summary

Decorpot is seeking an Execution Lead to drive performance, productivity, and profitability across interior projects in Noida. The role emphasizes planning and directing operations, vendor management, and site execution with a focus on drawing interpretation and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in interior project management, strong communication in English and Hindi, and the ability to lead a team of at least four members, ensuring high-quality residential interiors

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; B.E/B.Tech preferred.
• Good communication and collaboration skills are essential. Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred.
• Should be able to join immediately.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Interior Project Management.
• Strong interpersonal skills along with a customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving and critical decision-making.
• Should have experience in handling minimum 4 team members.
• Must have experience in client facing responsibilities and Residential Interiors.

Responsibilities
