Job summary

Livspace in Pune, Maharashtra, is seeking an Operations Lead to own end-to-end project execution with a focus on quality and timelines. You will act as the primary client contact, providing regular updates and ensuring a smooth experience for stakeholders.

You'll hire, mentor, and build a high-performing operations team, coordinate with manpower agencies for resource allocation, and ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards. Strong communication and tool proficiency are essential.

Skills & Experience

• B.Tech in Civil / Architecture,B.Tech + MBA(Tier 1 / Tier 2 institutes preferred).
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in interior fit-out (residential/corporate).
• Strong understanding of project management fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel/Google Sheets, MS Word.
