Job summary

Decorpot is seeking an Execution Lead to drive performance and profitability through effective methods and strategies for interior projects. You will plan and direct operations, coordinate project managers, and make decisions during escalations to ensure client requirements are met.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of interior project management experience, strong communication skills in English/Hindi, and a proven ability to lead a team of at least four members while handling client-facing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (BE/B.Tech preferred).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; fluent in English/Hindi preferred.
• Immediate joining is expected.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior project management.
• Strong interpersonal skills with customer-oriented attitude and decision-making ability.
• Experience leading a team of at least 4 members and client-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly-talented, motivated Execution Lead who will be responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.

Roles & Responsibility:

• The primary responsibility is to plan and direct operations and improve productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate, manage and monitor the efficiency of the project managers.
• Responsible for decision making and problem solving during escalations.
• Determine the clients requirements for the project
• Formulate and implement designing policies and procedures to maximize output.
• Managing vendors, execution - experience in site management with knowledge of reading drawings
• Visit the site for the execution.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline; B.E/B.Tech preferred.
• Good communication and collaboration skills are essential. Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred.
• Should be able to join Immediately.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Interior Project Management.
• Strong interpersonal skills along with a customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving and critical decision-making.
• Should have experience in handling minimum 4 team members.
