Job summary

Shashwath Solution is seeking an experienced M365 Migration Specialist to lead large-scale migrations from Gsuite to Microsoft 365 and tenant-to-tenant transitions. The role focuses on EXO, SPO, and OneDrive for Business, executing runbooks and resolving issues with technical teams and customers.

The ideal candidate will implement migration strategies, troubleshoot challenges with PowerShell, and collaborate across teams to ensure seamless cutovers and minimal downtime.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in Gsuite to Microsoft 365 migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
• Experience with migration tools such as Content Matrix and Quest ODM.
• Excellent runbook execution and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for migration troubleshooting and automation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle customer interactions.

Responsibilities
