Job summary

Mindsmaven is seeking a Manager - Events & Operations in Mumbai to drive end-to-end event programs and oversee day-to-day operations at our BKC office. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong client interactions, and flawless execution of marketing shows, exhibitions, and client engagements.

You will prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations, coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders, and leverage AI tools to research, plan, and report on events.

Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination and client interaction skills.
• Presentation-making Mandatory.
• Dashboard preparation Mandatory.
• Canva Mandatory.
• Good knowledge of branding and brand management.
• Good understanding of marketing concepts.
• Comfortable using AI tools.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel is required.
