Job summary

APT HR in Mumbai seeks an experienced Marketing & Events professional to lead dental conference and branding initiatives. You will plan and execute conferences, coordinate with sales, vendors, agencies and organizers, and manage on-site activities to ensure high-quality delivery.

You will also drive clinic branding programs and collateral, oversee production and budgets, and collaborate with the sales team to convert leads. Willingness to travel and strong coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Marketing, Event Management or Trade Marketing.
• Strong vendor and agency management skills.
• Solid understanding of branding, printing, fabrication and event execution.
• Excellent written and spoken communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects on tight timelines.
• Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint and basic marketing/design tools.
• Willingness to travel for events and branding activities.

1. Event Management

• 1. Plan and execute dental conferences, exhibitions, seminars, workshops, Meetings and product launches.
• 2. Coordinate with sales, product management, vendors, agencies and event organizers.
• 3. Manage event branding, stalls, stage setups, delegate kits, promotional materials and onsite requirements.
• 4. Handle vendor coordination, quotations, negotiations, purchase processes and event budgets.
• 5. Ensure timely execution and quality control of all event deliverables.
• 6. Coordinate onsite activities and ensure smooth event execution.
• 7. Track event ROI, leads, participation and sales opportunities.

2. Marketing Communication

• 1. Develop and execute marketing communication for products, campaigns and corporate initiatives.
• 2. Coordinate creation of brochures, leaflets, product catalogues, presentations, digital creatives, videos and promotional content.
• 3. Maintain consistent brand communication across offline and digital channels.
• 4. Prepare sales announcements, internal communication and product-promotion campaigns.
• 5. Work closely with the sales team to develop communication materials supporting customer conversion.
• 6. Coordinate with creative agencies, freelancers and internal teams for timely delivery of marketing assets.
• 7. Support product launches, promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.

3. Clinic Branding & Trade Marketing

• 1. Develop and execute clinic branding programs for dental clinics and implantology centres.
• 2. Coordinate clinic branding requirements such as:
  • a. Signages and fascias
  • b. Reception branding
  • c. Wall graphics
  • d. Product displays
  • e .Acrylic/LED branding
  • f. Chair/product display areas
  • g. Promotional standees and posters
  • h. Doctor/clinic communication materials
• 3. Conduct site visits and understand clinic branding requirements.
• 4. Coordinate artwork, production, installation and quality checks with vendors.
• 5. Ensure all clinic branding follows company brand guidelines.
• 6. Maintain records of completed clinic branding projects and associated costs.
• 7. Coordinate with sales teams to identify high-potential clinics for branding activities.

Key Skills Required

• 1. 5+ years of experience in Marketing / Event Management / Trade Marketing, preferably in dental, medical devices, healthcare or FMCG.
• 2. Strong vendor and agency management skills.
• 3. Good understanding of branding, printing, fabrication and event execution.
• 4. Strong communication and coordination skills.
• 5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• 6. Good knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint and basic marketing/design tools.
• 7. Willingness to travel for events, clinic visits and branding execution.
• 8. Strong execution-oriented approach with attention to timelines, quality and budgets.
