Job summary

Madmaze Studios Private Limited is seeking an Event Visualizer to transform briefs into compelling 2D/3D designs. You will imagine layouts, design stage sets, and plan how branding flows across a space to create immersive event experiences.

Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure designs are practical and production-friendly while producing mockups and renders for client decisions.

About the Role:

The Event Visualizer brings ideas to life literally. You’ll be responsible for imagining event layouts, designing stage sets, placing elements intelligently, and visualizing how content and branding flow across the space. Think of this role as equal parts creative instinct and technical understanding. If you enjoy converting creative briefs into clean, impactful visuals that help clients “see” the event before it’s built, this one’s for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret client briefs and convert them into 2D/3D visual concepts.


• Design stages, entrance arches, booth layouts, lighting placements, and overall event ambience.


• Work closely with creative and production teams to ensure designs are practical and production-friendly.


• Create mockups, renders, and presentations that help clients make quick decisions.


• Suggest creative design ideas that elevate the event experience.


• Stay updated with event design trends, materials, tech, and aesthetic styles.


• Make revisions quickly based on client or internal feedback.

Required Skills & Traits:

• Strong skills in 3D/2D design software (3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Illustrator, Photoshop).


• Creativity paired with an understanding of event practicality.


• Ability to visualize large spaces and placement of elements accurately.


• Good sense of colour, materials, lighting, and spatial design.


• Detail-oriented, with a quick turnaround mindset.
