You’ll: craft themes, build pitch stories, design key visuals, and deliver final files for print/LED.

You are: brand-safe for global MNCs, fast under pressure, and fluent in Adobe CC + Figma with 3D workflow literacy.

Job Description:

Why this role exists: At Auspicium, we design photoreal stories for corporate India—Annual days, summits, launches, family days, conference, exhibition booths. Your mission: turn a brief into a theme that lives everywhere (entrance → stage → LED → photobooth → collateral), co-build realistic 3D with our render team, and deliver production-ready art that respects enterprise brand guardrails.

What you’ll own:

• Crack the single-minded idea, name the theme, map the narrative arc, and build a tight flow.
• Moodboards, palettes, typography, motif systems tailored to MNC brand guidelines.
• Final artwork with die-lines, bleeds, Pantone/CMYK, material notes (MDF/fabric/brass/flowers), and LED aspect ratios.
• 3D Sync: Write crisp 3D briefs (materials, scale, lighting). Review for realism. Iterate with the team till it looks buildable.
• Brand & Compliance: Translate MNC guidelines into event systems (color/type/iconography). Keep everything accessible, legible, and consistent.
• Speed & Ops: Juggle multiple timelines, version cleanly, hit pitch and production deadlines—calmly.

Must-haves:

• Adobe CC (AI/PS/ID) expert; Figma layouts/components.
• Demonstrated MNC brand discipline.
• Print/production savvy for large-format & vendor handoffs.
• Deck craft (Gamma/PowerPoint): hierarchy, grids, story beats.

Nice-to-haves:

• Motion basics (AE) for LED loops.
• Ability to block simple 3D scenes or kitbash references.
