Job summary

VisaPro Services Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad invites a proactive Event Host to engage guests in a warm, professional manner while developing, implementing and maintaining a calendar of events.

You will monitor setup, ensure quality, and assist as needed to deliver smooth experiences for clients and attendees. The ideal candidate has at least 3 months of hosting experience, is self-motivated with high energy, can manage multiple tasks with urgency, and will draft invitations and updates, coordinating

• Prior experience in hosting an Professional / Business events is considerable.
• Must be self-motivated, with a high energy level that will take initiative, make appropriate decision, follow through and accomplish multiple tasks with a sense of vision, commitment and urgency
