Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and execute marketing events such as product launches, exhibitions, roadshows, conferences, and promotional activities
• Coordinate with internal marketing, sales, and design teams for event requirements
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics
• Liaise with vendors, venues, agencies, and suppliers for event execution
• Ensure branding and communication materials are aligned with marketing guidelines
• Oversee on-ground event execution and resolve real-time issues
• Track event performance and prepare post-event reports and insights
• Support digital and offline marketing initiatives related to events
