Job summary

Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. in Gurugram seeks an experienced EV Quality Engineer with 4–7 years to lead new development quality for EV components. You will participate in design reviews and ensure DFMEA/PFMEA compliance while handling testing of batteries, BMS, motors, and HV cables.

The role requires strong problem solving, SPC skills, and familiarity with electrical/electronic testing tools. On-site work in Gurugram with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• DFMEA/PFMEA experience for EV components.
• Experience with EV component testing standards.
• Understanding EV specs and CTQ parameters.
• Auditing EV vendor processes with SPC.
• Knowledge of Li‑ion battery development.
• Experience with BMS logic and vehicle level analysis.

• Attending Design reviews and giving inputs related to EV components (Batteries, BMS, Motors, HV cables etc.)
