Job summary

Marutee in Bengaluru seeks an EV battery systems engineer to drive battery pack development and charging integration for new vehicle programs. You will work on battery packs, charger interfaces, and conduct component testing to ensure readiness.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, validate performance and safety, manage timelines and costs, and support supplier interactions across BMS, chargers, and charging infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Li-ion battery chemistry, cell characteristics, and degradation mechanisms.
• Experience with battery pack architecture, thermal management, and mechanical integration.
• Knowledge of BMS architecture, protection strategies, and CAN/LIN communication protocols.
• Experience in EV charger design including onboard chargers and charging protocols.
