Job summary

YDU JC Air Cond & Ref Inc.- Dubai is seeking an End User Technology Platform Engineer to design, deploy, and manage Windows 10/11 and macOS environments across enterprise endpoints, with emphasis on security, performance, and user experience.

The role covers Intune/MDM administration, endpoint lifecycle, packaging, automation, and close collaboration with Security, Infra, Networking, and Service Management teams to deliver reliable, compliant desktop and mobility services globally.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience supporting enterprise end-user computing environments.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with endpoint management solutions such as Microsoft Intune, and equivalent MDM platforms.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), Microsoft 365, and identity management concepts.
• Strong understanding of endpoint security, compliance, and device management best practices.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, administer, and maintain Windows 10/11 and macOS environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle activities including provisioning, imaging, deployment, configuration, upgrades, patching, and decommissioning.
• Administer endpoint management platforms including Microsoft Intune and other MDM solutions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain endpoint policies, configurations, and compliance standards.
• Manage software distribution processes, application updates, and deployment strategies.
• Develop deployment automation and packaging solutions using scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to validate application compatibility and deployment readiness.
• Provide Level 3 support for complex endpoint-related incidents involving hardware, operating systems, applications, and device management technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows, macOS, mobile devices, software deployments, and endpoint security.
• Participate in major incident management, root cause analysis, problem management, and service restoration activities.
• Administer and support Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), and Microsoft 365 services.
• Monitor platform performance, capacity utilization, and operational metrics.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and user experience enhancements.
• Participate in change management, release management, and service improvement initiatives.
• Document solutions, best practices, deployment methodologies, and known issues.
• Provide training, guidance, and mentoring to end users and IT teams on platform technologies and processes.

This role provides advanced technical support, manages device lifecycle and software deployment processes, delivers platform engineering and packaging services, and ensures security, compliance, performance, and user experience across desktop and mobile technologies.The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Security, Infrastructure, Networking, and Service
