Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, administer, and maintain Windows 10/11 and macOS environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle activities including provisioning, imaging, deployment, configuration, upgrades, patching, and decommissioning.
• Administer endpoint management platforms including Microsoft Intune and other Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain endpoint policies, configurations, and compliance standards.
• Manage software distribution processes, application updates, and deployment strategies.
• Develop deployment automation and packaging solutions using scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to validate application compatibility and deployment readiness.
• Provide Level 3 support for complex endpoint-related incidents involving hardware, operating systems, applications, and device management technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows, macOS, mobile devices, software deployments, and endpoint security.
• Participate in major incident management, root cause analysis, problem management, and service restoration activities.
• Administer and support Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), and Microsoft 365 services.
• Support authentication, device enrollment, access management, and endpoint integration with enterprise services.

Job Title: End User Technology (EUT) Platform Engineer - Windows & macOS

The End User Technology (EUT) Platform Engineer is responsible for the design, deployment, administration, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise end-user computing environments across both Windows and macOS platforms. This role provides advanced technical support, manages device lifecycle and software deployment processes, delivers platform engineering and packaging services, and ensures security, compliance, performance, and user experience across desktop and mobile technologies. The engineer will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Security, Infrastructure, Networking, and Service Management, to support global end-user technologies and drive automation, standardization, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Engineering & Administration

• Design, deploy, administer, and maintain Windows 10/11 and macOS environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
