Job summary

EIL Global is seeking an Onsite EUC Engineer to provide desktop and laptop support across client sites in India. You will install Windows OS, configure applications, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including peripherals and Office/Outlook support.

The role requires 3+ years in EUC/Desktop Support, good Windows 10/11 knowledge, basic networking, and strong communication skills. Travel to customer sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of EUC/Desktop Support experience.
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel to customer sites.
• Experience with ticketing tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for desktops and laptops.

Job Description:

• Provide onsite support for desktops and laptops.

Basic Network Knowledge

• Basic understanding of IP Address, DHCP, DNS, and Subnet Mask.
• Connect devices to wired and wireless networks.

• Identify network port issues and coordinate with the network team.
• Basic knowledge of switches and routers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of EUC/Desktop Support experience.
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel to customer sites.
• Experience with ticketing tools is an advantage.
