This IC role requires IT degree and hands-on Windows/macOS endpoint support, with a focus on reliability, security, and customer service, while collaborating with EUC architecture and security teams.

Job Title:Endpoint OperationsEngineer EUC (OPSEUC)

About the Role

We're looking for anEndpoint OperationsEngineer to be the hands-on heartbeat of our end user computing environment. Day to day, you'll keep laptops, desktops, and the tools that run on them reliable, secure, and fast for everyone from new hires to the C-suite. Your world spans device lifecycle (IMACD), OS patching, modernendpointmanagement, remote support, and white-glove VIP support.You'll make sure everyendpointstays dependable and compliant from setup to retirement, working closely with our EUC architecture, identity, security, and service management teams. You execute to a high standard — and tell us how to make the tooling and experience even better.

What You'll DoOwn the device lifecycle (IMACD)

• Handle install, move, add, change, and decommission for Windows and macOS devices.
• Build and reimageendpoints using our standard processes and platforms.
• Make device refreshes, hardware swaps, and user moves feel seamless.
• Keep asset records and lifecycle status accurate in our systems.

Run ourendpointmanagement platforms (Intune, MECM, Jamf)

• Operate Microsoft Intune, MECM, and Jamf Pro day to day.
• Drive enrollment, config profiles, app deployments, and compliance policies.
• Apply config changes that line up with our standards and security rules.
• Untangle deployment failures, policy conflicts, and device management headaches.

Keep everything patched and compliant

• Run OS patching for Windows and macOS.
• Track patch compliance, remediation, and deployment health.
• Chase down patch failures and help users get non-compliant devices back in line.
• Keep patching aligned with our security baselines and change process.

Deliver VIP support

• Provide white-glove support to executives and business-critical users.
• Diagnose and fix hardware, OS, app, and peripheral issues.
• Partner with the service desk and escalation teams on the tough ones.

Handle incidents, problems, and requests

• Resolve EUC incidents and requests within SLA.
• Jump on major incident bridges whenendpoints are involved.
• Spot recurring issues and feed them into problem management and RCA.
• Capture fixes and grow the knowledge base.

Document and share

• Maintain runbooks, support procedures, and operational docs.
• Write down known issues, troubleshooting steps, and workarounds.
• Keep docs fresh as tools and processes change.

Make it better

• Tell architects and engineers where the friction and gaps are.
• Find chances to automate, standardize, and enable self-service.
• Pilot newendpointtools and configs from an operationspoint of view.

What You BringEndpoint operations& support (must-have)

• A degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent real-world experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise Windows and macOSendpoints.
• A strong grasp ofendpointlifecycle, IMACD, and deskside support.

Endpointtooling (must-have)

• Experience with one or more of Microsoft Intune, MECM, or Jamf Pro.
• Know-how around enrollment, config profiles, app deployment, and compliance policies.
• The ability to troubleshootendpointmanagement and policy issues.

OS, hardware & troubleshooting (must-have)

• Strong Windows and macOS knowledge.
• Experience fixing hardware, drivers, peripherals, and performance issues.
• Familiarity with OS patching cycles and compliance reporting.

Service operations& collaboration (must-have)

• Experience with ITSM processes — incident, request, problem, change.
• A genuine customer-service mindset for both everyday users and executives.
• The skill to explain technical issues in plain language.

Nice to have

• Certifications like MicrosoftEndpoint, Windows, macOS, Jamf, or ITIL.
• Experience supporting global or distributed users.
• Exposure to identity, security, or Zero Trust as they touchendpointcompliance.
