Job summary

The role involves remote support, automation scripting with PowerShell, asset reporting, and collaboration with security teams to ensure standards are met. You will engage in L2/L3 production support within a dynamic IT ops setting.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on SCCM Administration experience.
• Strong Windows OS administration and endpoint management.
• Experience with OS Deployment, Software Packaging, Software Distribution, and Patch Management.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and modern device management.
• Hands-on troubleshooting SCCM client and server issues.
• Exposure to PowerShell scripting and automation is an added advantage.
• Experience in L2/L3 Production Support, Incident & Change Management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
