Job summary

BSL Placement Services seeks an Operations Engineer to support the deployment and reliability of enterprise endpoint management. You will manage Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows 365 Cloud PC, Autopilot, and co-management to ensure high availability and secure configurations across devices.

You will drive automation with PowerShell and Graph API, implement proactive remediations, and collaborate with ITIL-aligned teams for incident handling, DR/BC planning, and post-incident reviews.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in Endpoint Management / Digital Workplace ops.
• Hands-on with Intune, SCCM/MECM & Windows endpoint management.
• Enterprise-scale physical & Windows 365 Cloud PC environments.
• Strong PowerShell scripting & automation skills.

Responsibilities

• High availability monitoring, proactive health checks & incident support.
• Operate Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows 365, Autopilot & co-management.
• Monitor compliance/patching drift, tune alerts, build health dashboards.
• PowerShell scripting, Graph API, proactive remediations to reduce toil.
• Adhere to ITIL processes, runbooks, CAB participation & DR/BC support.
• Coordinate cross-team incident communications, mentoring & post-incident reviews.

Summary:
Ensures reliability, availability, and operational stability of enterprise endpoint management services across physical devices and Windows 365 Cloud PCs. Partners with Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, and Service Management teams to reduce operational risk, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance the end-user experience across cloud-first endpoint environments.
