Job summary

LTM in Pune/Chennai is seeking an experienced ETL Test Lead with strong SQL and data warehouse expertise to lead testing activities across complex migration and analytics projects.

The role requires 8–10 years of hands-on experience in ETL testing, data validation, and coordinating offshore/onshore teams while ensuring data quality and compliance with business rules. Immediate to 15 days notice may apply.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in ETL/Data Warehouse Testing.
• Strong hands-on SQL including complex queries and data validation.
• Experience with ETL tools: Informatica, DataStage, Talend, SSIS, or Ab Initio.
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts and data reconciliation.
• Experience in Test Planning, Test Execution, and Defect Management.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ETL testing activities for Data Warehouse and Data Integration projects.
• Design and execute ETL, Database, Data Migration, and Data Validation test cases.
• Perform extensive data validation using complex SQL queries.
• Validate source-to-target mappings and transformation rules.
• Analyse requirements, create test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Stakeholders for defect resolution.
• Lead offshore/onshore testing teams and provide status reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
• Manage defect tracking and reporting using Jira/ALM tools.
