Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ETL Tester to validate and ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of data across data warehouse and ETL environments. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ETL testing, SQL, data validation, and database testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute ETL test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
• Validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• Perform source-to-target data validation and reconciliation.
• Execute database testing using SQL queries.
• Identify, track, and report defects while working closely with development teams.
• Validate data quality, completeness, and accuracy across multiple systems.
• Perform regression, integration, system, and functional testing.
• Analyze ETL mappings, data models, and transformation logic.
• Prepare test reports and maintain testing documentation.

Required Skills

• 48 years of experience in ETL Testing/Data Warehouse Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience in SQL and database testing.
• Experience in ETL tools such as Informatica, SSIS, Talend, DataStage, or Azure Data Factory.
• Good understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, Star Schema, and Snowflake Schema.
• Experience in source-to-target validation and data reconciliation.
• Knowledge of defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
