Job summary

Solugenix is seeking an experienced ETL Administrator with 7+ years to support and manage enterprise ETL environments, primarily Informatica PowerCenter and IDQ, in a hybrid work model.

You will monitor, troubleshoot, deploy, and coordinate with data engineering teams, with exposure to Snowflake, PHI data handling, and production reporting environments; evening/night shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ETL administration / production support.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter administration.
• Experience supporting Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and production data environments.
• Exposure to Snowflake and modern enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with production monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to work in evening/night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Administer and provide production support for Informatica PowerCenter environments.
• Support and manage Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) environments.
• Monitor ETL workflows, sessions, jobs, and system performance.
• Troubleshoot ETL failures, job issues, connectivity problems, and production incidents.
• Perform incident analysis, root‑cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
• Support deployments, migrations, configuration changes, and environment maintenance.
• Coordinate with ETL development, application, database, infrastructure, and data engineering teams for issue resolution.
• Monitor system health, job schedules, workflow execution, and overall platform availability.
• Follow established production support, change management, and incident management processes.
• Work with sensitive data environments involving PHI (Protected Health Information) and follow applicable security and compliance procedures.
• Provide support for enterprise data platforms, including exposure to Snowflake.
• Prepare and maintain operational documentation, support procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), along with experience supporting production data environments.

The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, administration, deployment support, and production issue resolution for enterprise ETL and data quality platforms. Candidates will also have exposure to Snowflake and enterprise data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in ETL Administration / ETL Production Support.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Informatica PowerCenter Administration and Support.
• Experience supporting Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
• Strong understanding of ETL workflows, sessions, mappings, repositories, and scheduling.
• Experience in production monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of databases, SQL, and data integration concepts.
• Exposure to Snowflake and modern enterprise data platforms.
• Experience working with production reporting environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work in evening/night shifts.
