Job summary

EY in Chennai is seeking an experienced ETL Developer to design and implement large-scale data migration workflows. You will work with Informatica PowerCenter and IDMC, optimize SQL scripts, and ensure data quality and lineage across environments.

The role involves collaborating with analysts and architects, supporting SIT/UAT and production cutovers, and contributing to Agile delivery. The candidate should have strong Java?

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ETL development experience.
• Strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter & Informatica Cloud (IDMC).
• Hands-on experience with IDMC Administration and PowerCenter Administration.
• Experience with CD-CI pipelines (Codeak) and scheduling tools (AWA).
• Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2.
• Knowledge of Data Profiling, Data Quality, Reconciliation, CDC, and Metadata Management.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to AWS/Azure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ETL/data migration workflows using Informatica PowerCenter and IDMC.
• Build data extraction, transformation, cleansing, reconciliation, and loading processes for large migrations.
• Perform data profiling, quality assessments, and reconciliation for migration accuracy.
• Develop and optimize SQL/PL-SQL scripts and database integrations (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2).
• Collaborate with BAs and Architects on data mapping requirements.
• Troubleshoot ETL performance issues and support SIT, UAT, and production cutovers.
• Maintain ETL docs, data lineage, and migration reports.
• Participate in Agile delivery, code reviews, and release activities.
• Hands-on experience with IDMC Administration and PowerCenter Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Codeak CD-CI pipelines and Scheduling tool AWA.
• Experience in environment maintenance and migration activities.
