Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Mumbai seeks a dedicated investigator to lead end-to-end investigations across whistleblower complaints, management referrals, and audit observations. • Develop investigation plans, define scope, identify key evidence sources, and determine investigation strategies.
• Conduct interviews of complainants, witnesses, subjects, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Obtain, review, and analyze documentary, financial, digital, and transactional evidence.
• Assess allegations objectively and determine facts based on available evidence.
• Prepare investigation reports, executive summaries, closure notes, and presentations for senior management and Ethics Committee review.
• Promote awareness of ethical conduct and reporting mechanisms.
• Develop and maintain a robust network of internal and external sources to gather actionable intelligence relating to fraud, misconduct, ethics violations, corruption, conflicts of interest, and other high-risk matters.
