Job summary

Choice International in Bengaluru is seeking an Estimator with 3–7 years of hands-on experience in building construction to join our team.

You will lead quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation for residential and commercial projects, coordinating with project, procurement and design teams. Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD is required, and knowledge of local Bengaluru market rates is a plus.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Estimator with 3–7 years of experience in building construction

projects (residential/commercial) for our Bengaluru location. The candidate should have strong

experience in quantity take off, cost estimation, BOQ preparation for building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential and commercial building projects

• Quantity take off from drawings (Architectural & Structural)

• Preparation and verification of BOQs

• Rate analysis and cost planning

• Coordination with project, procurement and design teams

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of building construction methodology

• Experience in BOQ preparation and rate analysis

• Good understanding of materials, labor and market rates

• Proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory)

• Knowledge of AutoCAD (for quantity take off)

Preferred:

• Experience in high rise residential or commercial building projects

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Familiarity with local Bengaluru market rates.
