Job summary

Studiokon Ventures in Gurugram seeks a seasoned Estimation Engineer–MEP to lead the MEP estimation function for diverse commercial projects. You will analyse drawings and specifications, prepare detailed cost estimates, and coordinate with vendors to secure competitive quotations.

You will collaborate with engineering and project teams to support budgeting and bidding, maintain cost databases, and contribute to value engineering and cost control across large-scale interior fit-out initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in estimation software and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Analyse project specifications, blueprints, and proposals to determine the scope of work and required materials.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes for materials and services.
• Maintain and update a comprehensive database of costs and unit rates.

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Estimation Engineer– MEP to lead our MEP Estimation function. Experienced in preparing detailed cost estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems by analysing project specifications, drawings, and scope requirements. Skilled in coordinating with vendors and subcontractors for competitive quotations, maintaining cost databases, and collaborating with engineering and project management teams to support accurate budgeting and successful bidding processes.

Key Requirements
