Job summary

Quick Manpower Solutions Mumbai is seeking a Project & Estimation Engineer with a BE Mechanical and at least 3 years of experience in the steel fabrication sector. The role involves preparing proposals, BOQs, and tender analyses, while coordinating with Sales, Purchase, Production and Logistics to ensure accurate costings and profitable outcomes.

You will provide technical support to Sales, address client queries, and contribute to profitability calculations for projects.

Qualifications

• BE Mechanical is required.
• 3+ years of experience as a project & estimation engineer.
• Strong knowledge of standards for Steel Fabrication Industry - ASTM / ASME / ISO / API.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals and estimates for projects.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for tendering.
• Study tenders, RFQs and cost implications.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Production & Logistics teams.
• Provide technical support to the Sales department.
• Respond to client technical queries promptly.
• Calculate profit breakups and average project profits.
