Job summary

Capacite seeks an Estimation & Tendering Engineer with a B.E. Civil Engineering background and 8–15 years on-site experience, plus 5–10 years in tendering and estimation for building projects.

The role requires familiarity with tender documents, site data collection, rate analysis and BOQ pricing, as well as project mobilization and resource planning. Candidate should be adept at preparing tender submittals, presenting technical details to clients, and understanding current construction

Qualifications

• B.E./Bachelors in Civil Engineering is required.
• 8–15 years of site experience plus 5–10 years in tendering & estimation for building projects.
• Knowledge of commercial and technical contract conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender synopsis and respond to pre-bid points.
• Conduct market surveys and site visits to collect tender data.
• Perform rate analysis, item rates, project overheads and BOQ pricing.
• Baseline project planning for tender and prepare site logistics, methodology, and tender submittals.
• Present technical/project specifics to clients.
• Familiarity with current plant, equipment and formwork; mobilization resources.

1. Qualification B.E Civil Engineering
2. Experience : Candidate must have 8 to 15 year site experience + minimum 5 to 10 experience in tendering & estimation of building project.
3. Should have experience in building projects & latest construction practice in building projects.
4. Knowledge for commercial & technical contract conditions.
5. He / She has knowledge & worked on tender document, Preparing tender synopsis, making pre bid point
