Qualifications

Responsibilities

• ESG business analysis: research on ESG, sustainability trends, regulatory developments and frameworks; translate requirements into ESG/tech solutions; document requirements; support product improvements.
• Pre-sales & business development: assist CEO in pre-sales, develop pitches, proposals and other pre-sales material; track opportunities.
• External meetings & presentations: participate in meetings with prospective customers and partners; represent the company independently when required; deliver ESG product presentations.
• CEO & Strategic support: assist CEO on ESG initiatives, prepare market intelligence and presentations; coordinate with teams for deliverables and follow-ups.

We are looking for a dynamic and presentable ESG Business Analyst with a B.Tech/B.E. background and a strong understanding or interest in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), sustainability, technology, and business solutions.

This is a multifaceted role combining ESG business analysis, pre-sales support, business presentations, stakeholder engagement, and strategic support to the CEO.

The candidate will work closely with the CEO and internal teams to understand business requirements, develop ESG-focused solutions, prepare pitches and presentations, conduct research, and participate in meetings with prospective customers, strategic partners, business partners, investors, institutions, and other external stakeholders.

The candidate should be confident in representing the Company independently in external meetings and presentations when required, as well as accompanying the CEO for important business discussions.

Key Responsibilities

ESG Business Analysis

• Conduct research and analysis on ESG, sustainability, industry trends, regulatory developments and relevant frameworks.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into appropriate ESG and technology-driven solutions.
• Work closely with ESG, technology and business teams to understand product capabilities and use cases.
• Prepare ESG-related research, reports, business analysis and supporting material.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements for ESG products and solutions.
• Analyse business requirements and identify opportunities where the Company's ESG solutions can add value.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams for execution and follow-up of requirements.
• Support the development and improvement of ESG products, solutions and business processes.

Pre-Sales & Business Development Support

• Work closely with the CEO on pre-sales and business development activities.
• Understand requirements of prospective customers, strategic partners and other external stakeholders.
• Assist in developing appropriate solution propositions based on identified requirements.
• Prepare professional pitch decks, presentations, proposals, concept notes, product presentations and other pre-sales material.
• Support product demonstrations and solution presentations.
• Conduct background research and prepare briefing material before important meetings.
• Assist in preparing responses to proposals, RFPs and other business opportunities.
• Track business opportunities, proposals and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with ESG, technology and other internal teams to obtain inputs required for pitches and proposals.

External Meetings & Presentations

• Participate in meetings with prospective customers, strategic partners, business partners, institutions and other external stakeholders.
• Accompany the CEO for important meetings, presentations and business discussions.
• Represent the Company independently in meetings and presentations when required.
• Deliver professional presentations on the Company's ESG products, technology solutions and capabilities.
• Understand and document requirements, discussions and action points arising from meetings.
• Prepare meeting notes and ensure timely follow-up on agreed action items.
• Maintain professional communication and relationships with external stakeholders.
• Coordinate internally to ensure commitments and follow-up actions arising from meetings are addressed.

CEO & Strategic Business Support

• Work closely with the CEO on ESG-related business initiatives, partnerships and pre-sales opportunities.
• Assist the CEO in preparing for important meetings, pitches, presentations and strategic discussions.
• Prepare business research, market intelligence, presentations and other supporting information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure required information and deliverables are available for meetings and presentations.
• Track important business opportunities, strategic partnerships and action items.
• Follow up with relevant internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO, wherever required.
• Support special ESG, product, business development and strategic projects assigned by the CEO.

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. degree.

Travel & Meeting Requirements

This is a stakeholder-facing role and may require travel for meetings, presentations, partnerships, events and other business requirements.

Depending on the requirement, the candidate may:

• Accompany the CEO for external meetings and presentations; or
• Attend meetings and deliver presentations independently on behalf of the Company.

The candidate should therefore be comfortable travelling and professionally representing the Company before different external stakeholders.

Work Arrangement

This is a Work from Office (WFO) position based in Noida.

The candidate will be expected to work from the office and remain available for external meetings, presentations and business travel whenever required.

The ideal candidate will be a B.Tech/B.E. graduate with ESG knowledge who combines strong analytical abilities with excellent business communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.

The individual should be equally comfortable analysing ESG requirements, preparing a business pitch, developing presentations, explaining technology-driven ESG solutions, interacting with strategic partners and other stakeholders, and supporting the CEO on important business opportunities.
