Job summary

Zensar Technologies in India is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Developer to translate business requirements into robust Oracle applications. The role requires hands‑on expertise in PL/SQL, Unix shell scripting, and Oracle XML Publisher, with strong knowledge of Oracle Application Financial Modules.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to define and deliver projects, review code, and support deployments during hyper care.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of IT experience as a software developer.
• Knowledge in Oracle Application Financial Modules – Payables, Receivables, General Ledger and iExpenses & iProcurement, OCI, OIC.
• Excellent knowledge in PL/SQL and Unix Shell Script.
• Experience in developing and customizing Oracle XML Publisher Reports, Workflow, WebADI.
• Oracle Application Framework developments, Business Events and Bursting.
• Experience in Oracle 12.2 Upgrade.
• Oracle Database and Performance Tuning.
• Ability to work on Interfaces & Extensions.
• SCM tools – GitHub, ADO.
• Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) practices.
• Experience in various project methodologies (Six Sigma, Waterfall, RUP, Scrum, and Agile)

• Supports and assists senior developers in developing code, tests, and debugging of software programs and enhancements to meet project plan goals.
• Works under guidance from senior software developers.
• Assists with repairing coding problems.
• Provides technical support to internal clients on existing problems, escalates as appropriate.
• Monitors trends and results from technical support calls to advise senior team members on performance of existing systems.
