Job summary

Zensar Technologies is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead Oracle EBS implementations and migrations from initiation to go-live and hypercare. You will plan scopes, schedules, budgets, and governance while directing cross-functional teams across functional consultants, developers, and infrastructure groups.

You will drive planning, monitoring, and closure activities, manage risks and dependencies, and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, CS, or related field.
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Oracle EBS certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Oracle EBS implementation, upgrade, rollout, migration, and support projects.
• Define project scope, schedule, budget, resource plan, and governance structure.
• Lead cross-functional teams comprising Functional Consultants, Technical Developers, Integration, Testing, and Infrastructure teams.
• Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership teams.
• Ensure project delivery meets quality, timeline, and budget objectives.
• Conduct Steering Committee, PMO, and status review meetings.
• Manage change requests, scope control, and project financials.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, audit, and SOX requirements where applicable.
• Provide regular status reporting, dashboards, and executive updates.
