Job summary

Achyutam International in Mumbai seeks an ERP Transformation Specialist (Odoo) to lead the migration from Tally Prime to Odoo and manage end-to-end ERP implementation including testing, go-live, and user adoption.

The role requires 4+ years in ERP transformation, hands-on Odoo and financial systems expertise, and strong accounting/process knowledge. You will drive data migration, UAT, and change management while coordinating with Finance, IT, and external partners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of ERP implementation or transformation experience.

• Lead migration from Tally Prime to Odoo ERP.
• Manage ERP implementation, testing, go-live, and user adoption.
• Coordinate data migration, reconciliation, and system configuration.
• Optimize finance, accounting, inventory, and business processes.
• Develop MIS reports, dashboards, and financial reporting frameworks.
• Train users and provide post-implementation support.
• Liaise with Finance, IT, Operations, and external implementation partners.

Requirements:

• CA / CPA / ACCA / MBA Finance.
• 4+ years of ERP implementation or transformation experience.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP and financial systems.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, inventory, and business processes.
• Experience in data migration, UAT, and change management.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• Experience migrating from Tally to Odoo.
• Exposure to multi-country and multi-currency operations.
• Background in trading, manufacturing, or distribution industries.
