Job summary

Achyutam International invites an ERP Transformation Specialist (Odoo) to drive a migration from Tally Prime to Odoo ERP. You will lead the end-to-end implementation, oversee testing, go-live, and user adoption across finance, inventory, and operations.

You will coordinate data migration, UAT, and change management, while optimizing business processes and delivering MIS reports and dashboards. Strong project and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of ERP implementation or transformation experience.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP and financial systems.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, inventory, and business processes.
• Experience in data migration, UAT, and change management.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
