Job summary

Morcom Induction Private Limited seeks an experienced ERP Architect to own a greenfield Odoo ERP rollout spanning raw materials to finished goods dispatch. The role blends functional and technical work across Manufacturing (MRP), Inventory, Purchase, Sales and Quality, including GST localisation and e-invoicing aspects.

You will migrate data from Tally/Busy/Excel, work with Python/XML/OWL/PostgreSQL/QWeb, and train shop-floor plus office staff while delivering L1/L2 upgrades on-site in Haryana,

Qualifications

• 3-7 years implementing Odoo ERP with ≥2 full-cycle manufacturing implementations (MRP, BOM, Work Orders).
• Indian GST localisation hands-on.
• B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc-IT

Responsibilities

• Architect and own Morcom's greenfield Odoo ERP rollout from raw materials to finished goods dispatch.

ROLE PURPOSE

Architect and owner of Morcom's greenfield Odoo ERP rollout - raw material to finished-goods dispatch. Hybrid functional + technical: Manufacturing (MRP), Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Quality; Tally/Busy/Excel migration; Python/XML/OWL/PostgreSQL/QWeb; GST/E-Way/E-Invoice, biometric, barcode, scales; train shop-floor + office; own L1/L2 support and upgrades.

REQUIREMENTS

3-7 years implementing Odoo ERP with ≥2 full-cycle MANUFACTURING implementations (MRP, BOM, Work Orders). Technical stack in evidence. Indian GST localisation hands-on. B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc-IT. 100% on-site, Harsana Kalan, Sonipat, Mon-Sat. Competitive in-hand/month.
