Job summary

Attitude Tally Academy in Delhi is hiring for a Software Support and Implementation role. The candidate will provide day-to-day support to ERP users, create and maintain ERP records, and generate MIS reports.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is expected. You will monitor data accuracy, assist with data entry, and coordinate with the technical team for more complex ERP issues.

Qualifications

• Provide day-to-day support to ERP users.
• Create, update, and maintain records in the ERP system.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Charts, IF Functions, etc.).
• Monitor data accuracy and ensure timely data entry.
• Resolve basic ERP-related issues and coordinate with the technical team for complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to ERP users.

• Generate MIS reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Prepare reports using Excel including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and charts.
• Monitor data accuracy and ensure timely data entry.
