Job summary

NLB Services is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to oversee finance/ERP program governance and cutover activities from Mumbai. The role requires coordinating multiple sub-workstreams, engaging with global stakeholders, and ensuring go-live readiness within PMO standards.

You will work on planning cycles, tax and treasury interfaces, and ERP modules like SAP BPC or Oracle EPM. Excellent English communication and strong facilitation are essential.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of project management experience, with exposure to at least two of FP&A, Tax, or Treasury functions in an ERP context.
• Familiarity with ERP modules relevant to planning (e.g., SAP BPC, Oracle EPM), tax engines, and treasury/cash management systems.
• Understanding of financial planning cycles, tax compliance basics, and treasury operations (cash positioning, bank connectivity).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent sub-workstreams and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work across time zones with global stakeholders (onshore/offshore coordination).
• Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Two rounds: Managerial round and Client Round
  

Program-Level Responsibilities:

• Adhere to AmpliFi program governance, PMO standards, and reporting templates/cadence.
