Job summary

ConnexR Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a Project Manager – Record to Report (R2R) for the AmpliFi Oracle Fusion Upgrade Program. The role runs on the Afternoon shift (3 PM – 12 AM IST) and focuses on leading R2R workstreams and ERP transformation.

You will collaborate with global finance stakeholders, drive design decisions in Oracle Fusion, and ensure timely close processes, reporting, and cutover readiness. A strong PM background with 6+ years and 3+ in R2R is required; PMP/PRINCE2 preferred.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of project management experience, with ERP transformation exposure.
• Proficiency in Jira, Smartsheet, MS Teams, SharePoint.
• Strong communication and ability to work with global stakeholders.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of R2R workstreams (GL, close, consolidation, fixed assets, reconciliations, allocations, project accounting).
• Partner with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and validate ERP design decisions.
• Track deliverables: chart of accounts redesign, close calendar alignment, journal automation, intercompany processes.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and coordinate across AmpliFi workstreams (Data, Business Readiness).
• Oversee testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) for R2R configurations and reports.
• Support change management, training, and cutover/go‑live readiness.
• Ensure adherence to program governance, PMO standards, and reporting cadence.

Mandatory Skills

6+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years in R2R / financial close processes within ERP transformation.

Strong working knowledge of ERP platforms (Oracle Fusion preferred) for financial reporting & consolidation.

Deep understanding of general accounting principles, month/quarter close, statutory reporting.

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification (preferred).

Excellent communication skills; ability to work with global stakeholders.
