Job summary

Latinem in Hyderabad, India is seeking an ERP IT Application Engineer to work with business users and IT to deliver practical ERP solutions in a manufacturing setting.

You will configure and support D365 F&O across Finance, Production and Supply Chain, coordinate with stakeholders, and contribute to testing, training and go-live activities. Bachelor’s degree preferred; 4–7 years of experience is desirable.

Primary Skills:

• D365 F&O functional: Finance, Production, Supply Chain (Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Master Planning)

Purpose of the Role:

• Work closely with business users and IT teams to understand business needs, improve processes and deliver practical ERP solutions in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage business stakeholders to capture requirements and understand business challenges.
• Analyse and document current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) business processes.
• Configure and support D365 F&O solutions across key business functions.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams and implementation partners to deliver enhancements and projects.
• Support testing, user training, go-live activities and post implementation support.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and help users get the most out of the ERP system.
• Create clear documentation, process flows and user guides.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system efficiency.

Essential Requirements:

• 4 to 7 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Strong functional knowledge of Finance, Production and Supply Chain Management, including Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management and Master Planning.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical ERP solutions.
• Experience defining and documenting As-Is and To-Be business processes.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to ERP implementation, enhancement or support projects.
• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline (B.Tech preferred).
