Job summary

Tharare Global Solutions is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to understand business requirements, configure CRM solutions, and collaborate with clients and technical teams to deliver successful implementations.

The role requires 4–8 years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM/CE experience, knowledge of CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service), and strong requirements gathering and documentation skills. Hyderabad-based with hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM functional consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Strong CRM configuration knowledge and business process understanding.
• Experience in requirements gathering, functional documentation, and client communication.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Configure Dynamics 365 CRM/CE to meet business needs.
• Work on CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service.
• Create and maintain forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, and Business Process Flows.
• Configure security roles, teams, and user access.

• Coordinate with technical teams for customisations and integrations.
• Support SIT/UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Conduct user training and provide functional support.

Preferred Qualifications
