Job summary

Eltexindia in Gurugram seeks an accurate and fast ERP Data Entry Executive to manage daily records in our Texma Cloud ERP for garment manufacturing. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential to maintain data integrity.

You will create and update master data, verify entries against source documents, and support ERP operations. On-the-job Texma training is provided, with growth to ERP Executive.

Qualifications

• MS Excel proficient with data entry and basic formulas.
• ERP data entry experience in garment industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter daily ERP data (purchase orders, GRN, stock, production, dispatch).
• Create and update master data (items, styles, vendors, buyers).

ERP Data Entry Texma Cloud ERP | Excel | Garment Industry

Department: ERP / MIS

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 23 years (freshers with good Excel skills can apply)

Employment Type: Full-time

Reports to: ERP HEAD

Role Summary

We are looking for an accurate and fast ERP Data Entry Executive to enter and update daily records in our ERP system for our garment manufacturing operations. Experience with Texma Cloud ERP is preferred, and good working knowledge of MS Excel is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter daily data in the ERP, such as purchase orders, GRN/material receipts, stock issues, production entries, and dispatch details.
• Create and update master data (items, styles, vendors, buyers) as instructed.
• Check entries against source documents (challans, bills, production sheets) for accuracy.
• Correct errors and report any data mismatch to the senior/ERP Executive.
• Maintain daily data in Excel and prepare simple reports when required.
• Complete all entries on time so daily reports are accurate.
• File and maintain records of documents entered in the system.

Required Skills

Excel

• Data entry, formatting, sorting and filtering
• Basic formulas: SUM, COUNT, AVERAGE, IF
• VLOOKUP and basic pivot tables (preferred)

ERP & Computer

• Experience with Texma Cloud ERP (preferred); any other ERP or Tally experience is also acceptable
• Good typing speed with high accuracy
• Basic knowledge of computers, email, and Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of garment industry documents (PO, GRN, challan) is a plus

Personal Qualities

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Disciplined and able to meet daily deadlines
• Willing to learn and follow instructions

Qualifications

• Graduate (Proffered B.Com)
• Computer or Excel certificate course is an advantage
