Manpowergroup Services India is seeking a Senior SAP ABAP Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and support scalable SAP solutions across S/4HANA and related ERP platforms. You will work with ABAP, RAP, CDS Views, AMDP, APIs, and HANA-optimized development in a DevOps environment.

You will translate requirements into robust technical designs, collaborate with multiple teams, and contribute to performance improvements and secure, cloud-ready delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, deploy, and support modern SAP solutions using ABAP, RAP, CDS, AMDP, SQLScript, OData, and S/4HANA technologies.
• Build scalable RAP applications, CDS models, APIs, enhancements, interfaces, reports, workflows, and reusable technical components.
• Apply HANA-optimized, clean-core, secure, and cloud-ready development practices.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize performance using trace, runtime-analysis, and PlanViz tools.
• Translate functional requirements into maintainable technical designs aligned with enterprise standards.
• Participate in Agile and DevOps delivery, including testing, code reviews, releases, hypercare, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with functional, architecture, integration, security, Basis, QA, and release teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and provide clear updates on delivery, quality, risks, performance, and production stability.

Summary of the role:

As a Senior SAP ABAP Engineer, you will design, develop, deploy, and support scalable SAP solutions across S/4HANA and related ERP platforms, leveraging modern ABAP technologies such as RAP, CDS Views, AMDP, APIs, and HANA-optimized development. Working within a DevOps model, you will partner with functional, architecture, integration, and support teams to deliver high-quality SAP capabilities, resolve complex production issues, support releases, and drive continuous improvements in performance, reliability, and maintainability while adhering to SAP best practices, clean-core principles, and modern engineering standards.

• 812+ years of SAP ABAP development experience in S/4HANA and enterprise SAP environments.


• Strong expertise in ABAP, RAP, CDS Views, AMDP, HANA SQLScript, OData Services, and SAP integrations.


• Proven experience delivering high-performance, scalable, and clean-core SAP solutions.


• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and production support skills across ABAP, CDS, RAP, AMDP, and HANA.


• Experience with Agile/DevOps delivery, CI/CD, code reviews, automated testing, and release management.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical design capabilities.


• Effective collaborator with functional, architecture, integration, security, QA, and business teams.


• Committed to SAP best practices, code quality, performance optimization, and continuous improvement.


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; SAP certifications are a plus.
