Job Title: ERP Data Entry Operator (Accounting Software)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Data Entry Operator to accurately enter and manage financial transactions in our new accounting software. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems. Prior experience with Tally is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accurately enter financial data into the accounting software.
2. Process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
3. Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in the system.
4. Review and approve Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) in the system.
5. Verify and reconcile data for accuracy and completeness.
6. Assist in generating financial reports and maintaining records.
7. Adapt quickly to new accounting software and tools.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and data confidentiality.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Basic knowledge of accounting principles (e.g., debit/credit, ledger, trial balance).
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
3. Ability to learn and work with new accounting software efficiently.
4. Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of experience can apply.
5. Prior experience with Tally is preferred but not mandatory.
6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
7. Good organizational and time-management skills.

Salary Range:

₹12,000 to ₹18,000 per month (depending on the work efficiency).

Note: This is a full-time office-based role. Work from home is not available for this position.
